My new favorite shoe

Last month I ordered this shoe in brown and just ordered another pair in black. They are the most comfortabe shoes I own and yet they look dressy and classic. The heel is just high enough to provide a little lift to wear with long trousers and jeans. The feel and the look are quality.

Major dissapointment

I ordered the patent leather shoes because I already had them in black leather and loved them.
The second time I wore them (on dry weather conditions)the soles started to peeled off. Clarks product very disappointing.
Contacted amazon and because it is a 3rd party purchase, not much help.
ShoeMall did not respond so far to my complaint, did not even acknowledge they received it.
Think twice before you order them in patent leather, otherwise a decent shoe.

back of heel hurts

The shoe has a high piece of leather at the top of the back which rubbed against my heel – returning them because I think they would give me blisters.
